The following medications are important to report: alpha blockers, rifampin, barbiturates, anticoagulants, certain antifungals, medications for high blood pressure, bosentan, beta blockers, amlodipine, efavirenz, seizure medications, erythromycin, nevirapine, cimetidine, HIV protease inhibitors, other erectile dysfunction meds, or rifabutin. Side effects are possible but they tend to be mild and short-lived. The following ones are possible: headache, memory problems, warmth or redness in your face or chest, back pain, stuffy nose, and upset stomach.
